Further to our recent announcement please find detailed below confirmed arrangements for David’s Funeral.
The service will be held at 1:15pm on Wednesday 12th October.
Breakspear Crematorium.

Following the Funeral service a celebration of David’s life will be held at:
Uxbridge Football Club
Honeycroft
Horton Road
Yiewsley
Middlesex
UB7 8HX
All are welcome at both venues and in order that we may cater for required numbers at the celebration, we would be obliged if you could let the club know of your intention to attend.

Finally we would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have sent messages of sympathy and memories of David since the announcement of his passing. These have been much appreciated by all at Uxbridge Football Club.
