The Pitching In Southern Football League extends its condolences and joins the country, the Commonwealth, and the rest of the world in mourning Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s death.
The Queen died on September 8th at age 96 at her Balmoral Castle summer retreat.
We now stand together on the day of mourning on Monday, 19th September when over 500 heads of state and dignitaries will gather in London, along with thousands on the streets and billions watching or listening live on TV and Radio the queen’s state funeral at Westminster Abbey.
