Rising Ballers managed by Mahrez Bettache, a young manager who had a dream of going pro. Without Bettache there is no Rising Ballers. He wanted to turn his own bad experiences into a project of helping youngsters travelling similar paths as himself when he was released from the Fulham academy.

Bettache has helped a number of players in their careers step up to the professional game. Rising Ballers have seen players move onto the likes off; Sheffield united, Crawley Town and FC Volendam in Holland.

Most clubs do not like seeing their best players leave. For Rising Ballers however this is exactly what they want, to bring it talent and help them achieve their dreams. Sunday League needs more teams like Rising Ballers as they give youth players in particular such a platform to succeed their goals which is certainly an underrated gesture from those at at the head of Rising Ballers.
