Stratford Town have signed goalkeeper Leon Phillips from Pitching In Southern League Premier Division Central rivals Alvechurch.
Phillips, who turned 21 on Friday, had been at Lye Meadow since the summer of 2021.
He played for Premier League new boys Nottingham Forest for four years and then went on to Mansfield Town where he spent a year and a half before moving on to Cheltenham Town.
He signed for Kidderminster Harriers in August 2020 before switching to Alvechurch.
Whilst on Alvechurch’s books, he spent time out on loan with Midland League Division Two side Earlswood Town in 2021/22 and totalled 15 appearances for `Church before leaving for the Bards.
