Larkhall Athletic looked like breaking their duck in the Pitching In Southern League Division One South on Wednesday night as they led Cinderford Town 2-1 going into stoppage time. However, the mid-table Foresters grabbed a last-gasp equaliser to foil the Larks.
The home side took a 15h minute lead through Wayne Nderemani and their first-half performance at Plain Ham was far better than their league position suggested.
And when Dawid Regula eventually doubled the Larks` lead just past the hour-mark, it looked like they were heading for their first league win at the eighth attempt.
But Alex Sykes` visitors reduced the deficit in the 69th minute with an effort from Toby Holland from fully 35 yards.
It still looked as though the hosts would hold on – until Ben Brooks popped up with a leveller 3 minutes into time added on at the end of the game.
