Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho has played down reports that Tottenham’s dressing room is in crisis, despite poor form.
Currently, Tottenham currently sit ninth in the Premier League on 36 points from 24 games. As a result, they currently sit nine points off of fourth placed West Ham.
Due to this poor run of form, speculation has arisen that there may be unrest in the Tottenham dressing room.

Mourinho said: “I don’t know what you mean by crisis. When a team fights the way they did until the last second, it’s never a group crisis, because group are in crisis then you are not together in the search of better results then what you have.”
Speaking after Tottenham’s 2-1 defeat to West Ham, in a London derby no less, Mourinho continued: “I wouldn’t say crisis. I would say a really bad run of results.”
Also, in his post match interview, Mourinho said: “Our team has problems and the problems they reflect on results and points, but that I also believe that a little bit of that little bit of that luck that you need in football to win matches, has to come back.
“Mine and my coaching staff’s methods are second to nobody.”
As a result, of this poor run of form, Mourinho finds himself in a battle to keep his job.
Furthermore, it is rumoured, (according to the Express), that chairman Daniel Levy is worried that Tottenham’s failure to land Champions League football, could push Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min to the exit door.
Additionally, both Betfair and Paddy Power, have reduced Mourinho’s odds to get the sack to 7/2. Meaning he now leads the Premier League sack race.
