Results – *Fixtures played Sunday 20th November*

Division One saw a whole host of high scoring fixtures, with FC Galaxy suffering a disappointing defeat at the hands of Benchviews. Roose extended their lead at the top of the table following an 3-1 home win versus Gants Hill and Barking Riverside leapfrogged up into fifth following an emphatic away win at St Augustines. Rounding off the First Division with Theydon Green, who breezed past relegation strugglers Royal Lions A.

 

Only three games played across the Second Division, with all being evenly contested encounters. AC Milano piled pressure on league leaders Barking & Dagenham Wanderers courtesy of a home win. East London Harriers prevented Barking from picking up their first points of the season and Abridge Village Climbed up to fourth.

 

 

The only game of the Third Division saw Singh Sabha Barking go joint second after a narrow away win at Alpha.

 

 

Division Four saw game of the weekend, with Byron Red Star claiming three points following a flawless 7-0 win at home to Prospect Protege. Byrmans Park picked up a much needed three points and Horse & Wells extended Chingford Athletics winless run.

 

Division Five saw a five star performance from Royal Lions B, who closed the gap at the top of the table to six points. Colebrook Royals Reserves kept their spot at the top, whereas Ultimate Vision Reserves and Dagenham Rangers cancelled each other out in a six goal thriller.

 

Valence United Reserved capitalised on their game in hand emphatically, winning away at Epping Forest Falcons. Ping City Phoenixes put six past London Legacy and Royal Lions C played out a score draw with Warren United, who stay bottom.

 

Division Four’s Byron Red Star are your Corinthians League Team of the Week! This came after they cruised past Prospect Protege 7-0.
